Sarah Holland is president of the Visibility Project, a national diversity organization that consults with corporations and professional firms on issues of sexual orientation, visibility, and leveraging the bottom-line impact of the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender) workforce. A former National Advisory Board member of Out&Equal Workplace Advocates, Ms. Holland is also director of the NYC Gay and Lesbian Anti-Violence Project and co-founder of the Authenticity Workshops.

Eric Marcus is the co-author of Breaking the Surface, the number one New York Times best-selling autobiography of Olympic Diving Champion Greg Louganis. He is also the author of several other books.

Walter B. Schubert, Jr. is a co-founder and chief executive of SGI LLC. and a third-generation member of the New York Stock Exchange. He is also the first openly gay member of the NYSE and is the founder of the Gay Financial Network, a groundbreaking Internet financial services portal with more than 100,000 active members.

Sarah Siegel is program director of G.L.B.T. sales and talent at I.B.M.Stephen Viscusi is a broadcast journalist whose area of expertise is the workplace. He is a frequent contributor on ABC's Good Morning America and hosts the nationally syndicated radio show "On the Job with Steve Viscusi."

Moderator Lisa Belkin has been a contributing writer to The New York Times Magazine since 1995, specializing in medical and social issues. She also writes the "Life's Work" column, about the intersection of life and work, for the Job Market section of The New York Times. She is also the author of three books.

From a variety of perspectives, this panel offers a frank and lively discussion on homosexuality and the work place.
